This home is perfect for groups and families. With 4,200 square feet 6 Ensuite bedrooms and some incredible views of the water and the golf course you will have everything you need here! The Game room we have set up for you to experience in the garage is perfect for a rainy day or when you just have had enough sunshine. Our home is located inside of the only luxury oceanfront vacation community in the area. As a guest staying at Cinnamon Beach, you gain access to the community's amenities. These amenities include the show-stopping oceanfront quiet pool, spa, lakeside family-friendly pool with a kid’s splash pad, Clubhouse with game room and lounge, fitness room, business room, seasonal grille restaurant, and multiple convenient beach access locations. Also, featuring 2.5 miles of pristine cinnamon-colored beach that feels almost private as only the resort guests use it. There are also many golf courses in the area.

In addition to the beach and pools, you are in the ideal place for outdoor adventures and day trips to some of the best cities along the east coast of Florida. This scenic location hosts canoe, kayak, boat and jet ski tours and rentals on the canals and Intracoastal waterway. Miles and miles of scenic trails are perfect for walking, jogging, biking and birdwatching. Plan a picnic or hike in one of the 40 local parks and preserves. Swim with the dolphins at Marineland. Explore historic sites in the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine. Walk the pier in Flagler Beach or satisfy your need for speed at the Daytona International Speedway.

There is a lot to do and see or choose to relax and do nothing at all. We're close enough for a day trip to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and more. When you're ready to escape the crowds and traffic, you can come back here to the “quiet side of Florida” and unwind.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking.
If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement.
There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion there of for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
