St. Augustine Nights of Lights Celebration Happening now through January 26th 2025! Welcome to our lovely Treasure Beach Escape! This home is perfect for families or couples looking to escape to St. Augustine for so much needed beach time or exploring the oldest city in the nation! We are only 15 minutes from the downtown historic area and only 3 minutes to the beach across the street from our community.

You get to take advantage of our spacious and well outfitted home, that is our second home that our family also enjoys. You will find everything you need to host the family from young to old. Our home features three bedrooms, with two queen beds and two single beds. All bedding is fresh and clean for your arrival. Extra blankets are in the closets. The children’s pack-n-play is in the main bedroom closet. We are pleased to provide complimentary in-suite laundry to all of our guests.

We also allow your furry friends to join along on vacation and this area is very dog-friendly! The beaches welcome them as well. With an additional pet fee we would be happy to accommodate your dogs.

Crescent Beach is a beautiful stretch of the Florida coast just south of St. Augustine. It gets its name from the natural shape of the coastline. The hard-packed sand lends itself to activities including beach bike rides, walks, frisbee, and volleyball. The beach is only 3 minutes away by car and about a 12 minute walk.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. plus $100 for 3rd dog
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
